The Consultation Room is now open in guidance with the Covid-19 Government rules, we have fitted a Perspex screen for the safety of our visitors and staff.

Orders can be collected by appointment but payment if preferred in advance for the safety of our visitors & staff.

Telephone Technical Support is still operating normally.

Telephone service is still working normally from 8am to 5.00pm Monday to Fridays. 

Currently some Stock Holdings are low due to complications on worldwide shipping, but we hope the few shortages will be back to normal levels by April/May, please Contact Us if you require a product that is showing as out of stock for the latest news !!

Returns Policy

With different building construction, thick walls, large gate posts, row of dense vegetation & potential interference from many different sources in today’s modern world (radio masks, consumer units etc) being a potential problem, we offer our customers the comfort of the 30-day money back guarantee.

When you purchase a Wireless product, you have 30 days to ensure that the product works satisfactory within your environment, in the unlikely event of the system not performing to your requirements you can return it to us for a Full Refund or Part Exchange for a Stronger Wireless System, the Goods need to be returned with all of the original packaging, manuals and undamaged.

We recommend you fully test the products before any installation, this allows the goods to be returned in perfect condition with all of the packaging and manuals for the refund.

The cost of the return postage would be your responsibility, but you would receive a full refund for the original order.


General Returns (within 30-days):

If your circumstances have changed and you decide the goods are not now required, or if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by e-mail or phone and return the goods back to us within 30 days (at your cost) together with the receipt or proof of purchase and the reason for the return.
Actual shipping charges & credit card charges paid by us will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item. The following terms must be met by you:

  • Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
  • Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
  • All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
  • The goods must not be used or painted.
  • You must pay any return shipping expense.

General Returns (after 30-days):

If you return goods after 30 days, then unfortunately we cannot give a refund for them, although if they are returned unused with all of the packaging and manuals we are happy to give you a credit note to the value of the original purchase. This credit note can be used at any time in the future to purchase any goods shown on our web site. If the goods are returned with a warranty fault, then we will fully repair or replace the product and return them back to you as soon as possible.


Ultra Secure Ltd are committed to selling high-quality products, all supplied with a full one year’s manufactures warranty, any faulty products returned within one year from the date of purchase will be repaired (or replaced should the repair not be possible).

Return Exceptions:

We are unable to take special order products back for a refund due to the fact that they would have been built to order for you, these include:

  • Posts & Chain.
  • Specially adapted Electronic Systems.
