Description

Wireless Magnetic Contact designed to be used on awkward to fit Doors & Windows, such as up & over Garage Doors , for use with all of our Smart Wireless Alarm Systems.

Supplied in three parts:

  • Battery Powered Wireless Transmitter (fitted onto a surface near to the door or window being protected).
  • Magnetic Contact (connected to the contact by 300 mm on thin cable).
  • Small Magnet (when the door or window is opened, taking the magnet away from the contact switch a wireless signal will be transmitted to the relevant control panel).

The Wireless Transmitter is powered by 2 x AAA batteries (supplied), which will last between 1 - 2 years in normal operation (depending on use), if a low battery situation arises the built in LED will flash red slowly giving ample indication to change the battery.

The wireless transmission range back to any of the Smart Wireless Alarm Receivers is an impressive 200 metres (line of sight).
