KP9 3G or GSM Wireless Water Float Alarm

KP9 3G GSM Wireless Water Float Alarm used to monitor for rising Flood Water, it will contact key-holders by Telephone & Text Message if triggered, together with activating an optional built in Siren. 

The kit consists of:

• A 95 Channel 3G or GSM Wireless Control Panel.
• 1 x Battery Powered Wireless Transmitter.
• 1 x Float Switch & Mounting Bracket.

For Internal Use Only, ideal for applications such as Basements etc !!

Float Sensors:

The small Float Sensor would be fitted onto a suitable mounting surface (wall, post, skirting board etc) using the right angle bracket supplied, this would be connected to the battery powered transmitters by 1 metre of cable (can easily be shortened or lengthened), which would be mounted into a suitable position for Wireless Transmission and also away from any potential Water.

The range between the Wireless Water Sensor and Control Panel is normally around 80 metres (line of sight) which equates to 30 - 50 metres in most applications, but can be more than doubled using a Signal Booster. 

In the event of rising Water being detected, the GSM Control Panel will contact up to 9 x key-holders by Telephone & Text Message together with activating an optional built in Siren.

SIM Card:

The Alarm Panel requires a SIM Card (standard size) which can make Phone Calls & send Text Messages (no data is required), you can select a SIM Card at the top of this page or supply your own.

Communication:

When the KP9 GSM Panel calls key-holders by Telephone, the key-holders have the option to:

• Press * on their Telephone (this will stop the alarm calling other key-holders but remain fully armed.
• Press # on their Telephone (this will stop the alarm calling other key-holders but will disarm the panel.

Temperature:

There is a built in sensor on the control panel which will monitor for temperature from -20 to +60 degrees.

Power Failure:

You can set the control panel to report to the key-holders if the mains power is los for an adjustable duration from 0 to 99 minutes.
