KP9 3G or GSM Alarm with Outdoor Pet Friendly PIR & Wireless Siren

Outdoor Pet Friendly Solar Powered Wireless PIR & Wireless External Siren, together with our impressive KP9 3G or GSM Control Panel, perfect for protecting remote external locations which may have small animals present.

This Kit is supplied with the following (although you can add an additional 94 wireless Outdoor & Indoor detectors to the control panel):

• 1 x KP9 3G or GSM Alarm Panel.
• 1 x Outdoor Solar Powered Pet Friendly PIR.
• 1 x Compact Wireless Siren.
• 2 x Remote Controls.

PIR:

The Solar Powered Outdoor Pet Friendly Wireless PIR, is designed to be used outside and can be adjusted to avoid detecting animals under 25 kilo, perfect for avoiding false alarms.

The PIR is best located into such a position that potential Intruders would walk across the Beam, not directly towards it.

The PIR has the latest dual element passive Infrared Detectors and is designed to be wall mounted at approximately 1.8 - 2.4 metres high, it has adjustable sensitivity & detection pattern settings and can detect up to 12 metres away.

The Solar Panel will charge and maintain the built in batteries, the batteries can operate up to 8 days without any daylight, it is possible to use a 12v DC supply for locations with access to a power supply or internal applications.

The Wireless transmission back to the Control Panel is 100 metres (line of sight) although this can be more than doubled using the Plug in Signal Booster.

The PIR is fully weatherproof (IP65) and has a built in tamper switch.

Wireless Siren:

The compact External Wireless Siren is very loud, and is powered by a Plug in Transformer (supplied) which can be plugged into any spare socket as the signal from the control panel is completely wireless, it also has a built in back up battery. The Transformer is operating on a low 12v DC supply therefore the cable length can easily be extended to make installation easier in some applications.

Control Panel:

The GSM Control Panel can be operated via an APP and is packed full of features normally only associated with expensive professional Alarms, they include:

SIM Card:

The control panel requires a standard size SIM Card for the communication, these can be PAYG or Contract, we would strongly advise that you check the small print on the PAYG SIM Cards (as some providers have a habit of taking unused credit away from the card at the end of each month or turn them off if they are not used within 3 months). We do offer a Roaming SIM Card to our customers which are ideal for use in GSM Alarm Systems as not only does the credit remain intact at the end of a month but the card also finds the best network in your location, full information found here.

Communication:

When the KP9 GSM Panel calls key-holders by Telephone, the key-holders have the option to:

• Press * on their Telephone (this will stop the alarm calling other key-holders but remain fully armed.
• Press # on their Telephone (this will stop the alarm calling other key-holders but will disarm the panel.

3G or GSM:

You can select above (just above add to cart button) the latest 3G Control Panel or the default GSM Panel, both panels will operate Telephone & SMS functions in Countries where 2G is still operational (most of Europe), if in doubt please ask us for advice.

Remote Controls:

The two Remote Controls supplied can be used to control the alarm from up to 20 - 30 metres away, so you can arm and disarm the Alarm from outside the building.
