610Y Parking Post & Rent This Parking Space Sign (001-0026 K/D, 001-0016 K/A)

With City Centres getting more conjested with each passing year, more and more people are looking to Rent their Car Parking Space out, Ultra Secure have designed this affordable and simple solution to meet this criteria.

This 610Y Parking Post is supplied with clear sign fixed to it (by standard cable ties) stating 'Rent This Parking Space', simple write your contact details onto the sign.

When the Parking Space is rented, the sign can be removed leaving your new customer with a key, they can be used to operate the Post.

The Post is supplied with 2 keys (additional keys can be purchased if you choose to use a keyed alike model), leaving the owners with one, a deposit from the customer can ensure this is returned upon the expiry of the rental agreement.

The 610Y Parking Post base has two holes, (bolts are not supplied, but available due to the variance of possible installations.

When not in use, it lays flat onto the ground.

Finished in a very bright powder coating for high visability !!
