SIM card UltraPIR GSM Alarm with Wireless Vibration & Door/Window Sensor

Our best selling Battery powered SIM Card GSM UltraPIR supplied with a unique Wireless Vibration & Door/Window Sensor, the Alarm contacts key-holders by Telephone (with your own pre-recorded message) & Text Message when activated.

Both the PIR & Vibration have a built in 130 Decibel Siren (which can be silenced), many more Wireless accessories can be added if required (see accessory tab).

The Alarm is very easy to program (one of the easiest GSM Alarms on the market) and easy to Arm & Disarm using a Remote Control from up to 100 metres away.

Communication:

The Alarm communicates via the mobile phone networks (sim card required), and uses a standard size (not micro) SIM Card (PAYG or Contract). It will contact up to three key-holders by Telephone (with your own pre-recorded message) & Text Message when activated.

We do offer two Roaming SIM Cards from a third party supplier (at cost) designed for use in Alarms & Tracker Systems, these are low level contract sim cards (working on a direct debit) operating over all the major UK Networks ensuring your Alarm has the best signal available in all locations.

You can also purchase the product with no sim card and simply use your preferred supplier (many options are available).

It will contact up to three key-holders by Telephone (with your own pre-recorded message) & Text Message when activated (either can be easily turned OFF for customers only wishing to receiver a Phone Call or Text (not both).

Receiving a Call:

When the Alarm calls the key-holders, there is the choice to:

• Listen to your pre-recorded message and do nothing (the alarm will contact the other key-holders).
• Listen to your pre-recorded message and press # on your telephone (this will disarm the PIR and prevent it from calling further key-holders).
• Listen to your pre-recorded message and press * on your telephone (this will turn the siren off, prevent it from calling further key-holders, but keep the PIR fully armed (ready for further activations).

UltraPIR:

The UltraPIR has a built in PIR Detector which will activate the Alarm if a Person is detected when Armed, it would also be linked up to the Vibration Sensor (and any other sensors added) via a Wireless Signal which would also activate the UltraPIR Alarm. 

The PIR has a built in 130 Decibel Siren which can be silenced, some customers like the PIR to be less conspicuous as it is also the Dialler, other customers want as much noise as possible.

Vibration Sensor

This unique Sensor has a host of features including:

• Optional Vibration Sensor (with adjustable sensitivity settings).
• Optional Magnetic Contact operation.
• Built in Keypad (can be used to Arm & Disarm).
• Can be Armed & Disarmed by the Remote Controls in the kits.
• Optional built in 130 decibel Siren (can be turned off) operates for 30 seconds.
• Optional Door left Open 'Beep' mode (whilst in disarm mode). 
• Optional Door left Open 'Alarm' mode (whilst in Armed state).
• Easy to Fit Magnet.
• It can also be used as a stand-alone Alarm.

You can choose to use the device with Vibration Only, Magnetic Contact Only or with both Enabled.

When used as a Magnetic Contact on a Window or Door, one part would be fitted onto the Door/Window and the other part onto the Frame (in such a position that when closed both parts are nearly touching).

Siren:

The Contact has a built in optional Loud Siren to help deter an Intruder.

Keypad:

The device has a small keypad that is used to carry out the choice of commands to suit your application together with being able to Arm & Disarm the complete Alarm system in the event you have forgot to carry the relevant Remote Control.

Additional Detectors: 

You can pair many other Detectors & Sirens (no limit) into this Alarm System, these can be in the same or totally separate building within 40 - 50 metres of each other. The options include:

• Battery Powered Wireless Internal Siren.
• Solar or Battery Powered External Wireless Siren.
• Battery Powered BT PIR Alarms (with built in 130 decibel sirens).
• Wireless Magnetic Door Contacts (two types).
• Additional Vibration Sensors.

Power:

The UltraPIR Alarm is powered by 3 x AA Batteries (duracell supplied) and typical battery life would be:

• Being Armed & Disarmed Once Per Day: 7 months.
• Being Armed & Disarmed Once Per Day together with One Activation Per Day: 2 - 3 months.

You can choose to fit Lithium AA Batteries which will outlast a Duracell Alkaline Batteries by about 4 - 6 times. together with performing far better in temperatures below freezing.

You can also add an additional plug in power transformer for locations that have access to power at times, the batteries can still be added which will operate the device when power is lost.

Detection:

The Alarm system has a 30 second exit delay (plenty of time to leave the building and lock up) and a 5 second entry delay (normally disarmed from outside the building before entering). The PIR has a 10 metre distance, 120 degrees horizontal & 90 degrees vertical detection pattern.

Programming:

It is very easy to program using the built in keypad inside the PIR, please see videos attached.

Low Battery:

The Alarm will send you a Text Message if the Batteries are getting low (this can be turned off).

Arming & Disarming:

The system is armed by using the Remote Control (supplied) from up to 40 - 50 metres  away in most applications, up to nine additional Remote Controls can be added, part number 007-0240.
