4G UltraDIAL GSM Garage Alarm Kit 2

Battery Powered UltraDIAL 4G Garage Alarm Kit 2, designed to help protect your Garage or Workshop, when triggered it will activate up to 3 Sirens (including an external solar powered siren) together with secretly contacting key-holders by Phone & Text.

Supplied with:

• 1 x 4G UltraDIAL Alarm Control Panel (designed to silently contact owners by Phone & Text if triggered).
• 1 x Wireless BT PIR (with a built in Siren).
• 1 x Magnetic Door Contact with built in Vibration Sensor and Keypad (built in Siren which can be silenced if required). 
• 1 x External Wireless Siren (this can be positioned up to 50 metres away).
• 2 x Remote Controls (designed to Arm & Disarm the complete Alarm System).
• 1 x Garage Alarm Warning Window Sticker.

How it Works:

The 4G UltraDIAL, Wireless Door Contact, PIR & Siren all connected to each other within a unique and secure Wireless Network and are all Armed and Disarmed at the same time by using either of the Remote Controls supplied.

We would recommend hiding the UltraDIAL out of sight or in a very hard to reach position, this is easy to do as it is Battery Powered, Wireless & Fully Weatherproof.

If the Alarm is activated the UltraDIAL will silently contact up to 3 x key-holders by Phone & Text message whilst the Sirens built into the PIR & Door Contact will activate at the same time as the External Siren, therefore the Intruder will hear 3 Sirens without even knowing that the Alarm is also contacting the owners.

Solar Siren:

The Solar Siren is weatherproof and has a built in tamper switch, it can be used in 2 ways:

• Solar Siren: when mounted in a location open to daylight, it can be used with its built in re-chargeable Lithium Battery, which is charged & maintained by the built in Solar Siren.  
• Battery Siren: when used in a very sheltered location with minimal access to daylight, it can be used with standard AA Batteries, but the batteries would have to be replaced more often (9 - 12 months normal use). 

BT PIR:

The battery powered PIR (007-0200) supplied has a built in 130 Decibel Siren, with a 30 second Exit Delay & 5 second Entry Delay. Its detection range is 8 metres with a horizontal coverage of 120 degrees and vertical of 90 degrees.

BT Wireless Vibration & Magnetic Door or Window Contact:

It has a host of features including:

• Optional Vibration Sensor (with adjustable sensitivity settings).
• Optional Magnetic Contact operation.
• Built in Keypad (can be used to Arm & Disarm).
• Can be Armed & Disarmed by the Remote Controls in the kits.
• Optional built in 130 decibel Siren (can be turned off) operates for 30 seconds.
• Optional Door left Open 'Beep' mode (whilst in disarm mode). 
• Optional Door left Open 'Alarm' mode (whilst in Armed state).
• Easy to Fit Magnet.
• It can also be used as a stand-alone Alarm.

You can choose to use the device with Vibration Only, Magnetic Contact Only or with both Enabled.

When used as a Magnetic Contact on a Window or Door, one part would be fitted onto the Door/Window and the other part onto the Frame (in such a position that when closed both parts are nearly touching).

Keypad:

The device has a small keypad that is used to carry out the choice of commands to suit your application together with being able to Arm & Disarm the complete Alarm system in the event you have forgot to carry the relevant Remote Control.

Communication:

The Alarm communicates via the mobile phone networks (sim card required), and uses a standard size (not micro) SIM Card (PAYG or Contract). It will contact up to three key-holders by Telephone (with your own pre-recorded message) & Text Message when activated.

We do offer two Roaming SIM Cards from a third party supplier (at cost) designed for use in Alarms & Tracker Systems, these are low level contract sim cards (working on a direct debit) operating over all the major UK Networks ensuring your Alarm has the best signal available in all locations.

You can also purchase the product with no sim card and simply use your preferred supplier (many options are available).

Additional Detectors & Sirens:

If you want to expand the Alarm, you can add the additional Detectors to it as shown below:

• Wireless Door Contacts (007-0260) & (007-1460).
• Pressure Mat (007-0640).
• Indoor Battery Siren (007-0230).
• Outdoor Solar or Battery Siren & Strobe (007-0221).
• Standard PIR (007-0200).
• Standard PIR with Hood (007-1410).

Additional Buildings:

The wireless operating range of 100 metres (line of sight) between the accessories and the UltraDIAL equates to around 40 - 50 metres in many applications, which allows various buildings to be protected at the same time, many customers will cover two, three or even four buildings with this Alarm. 

Arming & Disarming:

The Alarms are Armed & Disarmed by using the Remote Controls (supplied) from up to 100 metres away, up to 9 Remote Controls can be used with each Alarm. 
If the UltraDIAL Alarm is powered by the external 5v power source, then it is possible to Arm & Disarm the Alarm via SMS (text message).There is a 30 second Exit Delay built into the Alarm for easy use.

Contacting Key-holders:

The Alarm will contact between 1 & 3 key-holders (depending on how you have chosen to program the alarm) by Telephone & SMS (either can be turned off whilst programming the alarm) when activated.

It will normally take take between 30 - 60 seconds to call the first key-holder when powered by battery, and quicker when powered by a plug in transformer or usb cable (this can vary depending on the mobile phone networks at the time).  

Recording Message:

You can record a 30 second message into the Alarm, which will be replayed to the key-holders when the Alarm calls them.

Power Supply:

The UltraDIAL Alarm is powered by 3 x Lithium AA Batteries (supplied) which will last around 6 months in most applications, it can also be powered by a 5v Plug in Transformer or USB Cable where a power supply is available. If the power supply is used, the batteries can be kept in the Alarm as a backup although they will not be charged by the device.

The BT PIR (007-0200) is powered by 3 x AA Duracell Batteries. 

Receiving a Call:

When the Alarm calls the key-holders, there is the choice to:

• Listen to your pre-recorded message and do nothing (the alarm will contact the other key-holders).
• Listen to your pre-recorded message and press # on your telephone (this will disarm the UltraDial and prevent it from calling further key-holders).
• Listen to your pre-recorded message and press * on your telephone (this will prevent it from calling further key-holders, but keep the Alarm fully armed (ready for further activations).

Wired Alarm Detectors:

The UltraDIAL has one momentary volt free Inputs, 1 x N/O or N/C, these can be used with many types of devices, examples listed below:

Normally Open going Closed:

• Water & Flood Sensors.
• Alarm Panel.
• Perimeter Beam.
• Pressure Mat.
• Tilt Switch.

Normally Closed going Open:

• Door Contact.
• Gate Contact.
• Alarm Panel.
• Pressure Mat.
• Tilt Switch.

Easy Programming:

The UltraDIAL is very easy to program, probably the easiest GSM Alarm to program on the market today by using the small built in keypad, following some very simple instructions.

Weatherproof:

The UltraDIAL is fully weatherproof and rated at IP66, so can be used in most locations, it is not however designed to be submerged.

Low Battery:

The UltraDIAL Alarm will send the primary key-holder a SMS (text message) if the batteries are getting low.

Status Report:

A status report can be obtained by sending the device a Text Message.

Mains Power Failure:

When the Alarm is being powered by an external 5v power supply, it will send the primary key-holder a SMS (text message) in the event of a Power Cut together with another when the power comes back on (provided you also have batteries fitted).  

Security Screws:

The lid is fitted with 4 x security screws and a tool is supplied as standard.
