KP9 Bells Only Alarm with 2 x Outdoor Curtain PIR's.

KP9 Bells Only Wireless Alarm supplied with 2 x Outdoor Wireless Curtain PIR's (ideal for use on the outside of a building), the system can be used as an Alarm or Alert.

This Kit is supplied with the following (although you can add an additional 93 wireless Outdoor & Indoor detectors to the control panel):

• 1 x KP9 Bells Only Alarm Panel.
• 2 x Battery Powered Wireless Curtain PIR's.
• 1 x 3-pin Plug in Transformer.

The system can be used as an Alarm with the built in Siren, or as a simple Audible Alert (chime), or both, ideal for many types of applications.

PIR's:

The Outdoor KP Wireless Curtain PIR's are supplied with a Rubber Hood which results in a Wide but Shallow Beam Detection Pattern (which helps avoid false alarms from small ground animals) ideal for Outside use.

The Rubber Hood which simply slide over the top of the PIR's also supplies additional weather protection, never a bad thing with electrical equipment.

The PIR's have a 9 - 12 metre detection range (can be reduced) and a wireless range back to the receiver of 100 metres (line of sight), which equates to around 30 - 40 metres in most applications, this can be extended (doubled) by using the Plug in Signal Booster.

When mounted vertically, they will creates a very narrow beam (ideal for protecting bay windows, balcony applications & french doors), when mounted in a horizontal position, they create a wide detection pattern avoiding the ground and ceiling (ideal for buildings prone to small animals).

Sirens:

This Alarm Panel has a built in Siren which can be programmed to operate between 1 second to 16 minutes when activated, it can be turned off before this time by the owner using the built in Keypad, it can also be used in Silent mode for some or all zones (often used in silent mode when activated by a panic button).
